Receiving a Teley and a Davey among others. · New employee onboarding - this would include:1. Contacting employee before start date and setting up company email, phone, computer and physical workspace. Also, setup on other company software applications.2. Going over employee handbook on first day and giving office keys and alarm system codes etc...and other office procedures.3. Training on company software and phone system.· Sent new client Welcome Packs to new clients · Served as in-house IT help, go to for all employees with all issues involving computers, printers, phones and even physical office issues (ie, lights, heat, chairs, desks etc..) Point person for external IT company. · Found, through research, many places to save money in things that were being paid for but not being used including migration of websites to better hosting platforms. Also was able to get new roof on home under insurance which was also a big savings to company. · Performed many personal errands for President.There were many more things...I helped most all of the employees (15 in office, 30 total) with any task they asked for help with from me. I wore many hats and everyday seemed something new came up which is something I enjoy.
