I am applying for the Diabetes Nurse Educator position. My motivation, in whatever patient setting I practice, has always been to provide EBP, quality care that includes patient/family education. Whether I served as the Team Lead on the HAPI Prevention Project that became an E-Poster at the ONS or in the outpatient setting, my goal was to provide exceptional care to an informed patient.
