  • Held executive responsibility for the strategic, operational and financial leadership of the RVIPF during a period of significant organisational reform and senior leadership transition.
  • Led implementation of key HMICFRS-driven reforms, including restructuring intelligence functions to establish distinct overt and covert leadership arrangements in keeping with Recommendation No. 50, while advancing wider organisational modernisation and accountability measures.
  • Held responsibility for financial management and resource stewardship across an annual Force budget of approximately $28.85 million, overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, compliance and resource allocation; assumed direct financial oversight during a period without a Financial Controller.
  • Directed intelligence-led operations targeting serious and organised crime; during January–September 2025, the Force recovered 18 firearms and 1,146 rounds of ammunition while targeted investigative activity disrupted organised criminal networks.
  • Expanded the Financial Crime Unit to 16 posts, strengthening legal, investigative and analytical capacity and supporting enhanced financial-crime and asset-recovery capability.
  • Implemented a Force-wide Community Policing Strategy supported by officer training, community patrols, town halls, school outreach and expanded public engagement.
  • Directed workforce and succession planning, strengthening recruitment, leadership development, promotion and performance-management arrangements, while advancing professional standards, ethical governance and internal accountability.
