  • Team lead for composite layup.
  • Responsibilities are tool preparation, getting the tools ready for layup. I use several different chemicals and methods, per the specifications, to complete this process.
  • Fabricated composite laminate and sandwich structure utilizing a wide variety of materials, measuring tools.
  • Bagging of completed layup parts, ready for the autoclave oven to cure the parts.
  • Debagged the composite parts, and got them ready for NDI, and trimmed and drilled.
  • Improved processes through relationships with Quality, Manufacturing, and Process Engineering.
