I have grown up in the Walla Walla valley and love being apart of this community. I am the daughter of a Guatemalan immigrant and understand the unique challenges monolingual families face. Now, as a bilingual adult, my heart is to help families communicate and advocate for their children and ensure all students have access to the same opportunities in their education. Reducing the language barrier is one way I can serve Walla Walla families.
