Assist the EHS Manager in conducting job hazard analysis (JHA, hold monthly safety meetings, coordinate different safety training to reinforce the company's safety culture. Provide support to the Safety department as well as be knowledgeable and up-to-date on safety and environmental policies and procedures and assist with all administrative needs of the Safety department.

• Responsible for a team of direct reports to safely execute daily operational plans to manage, lead and allocate resources and distribute information to teammates while maintaining compliance with key processes while achieving safety, quality, efficiency and financial KPI’s

• Advise on provisions to minimize safety risks
• Organize and facilitate Safety Training Classes for all new hires
• Conduct monthly Safety Audits
• Organize and conduct First Responder training
• Conduct accident investigation procedures
• Assist Human Resource Business Partners with New Hire drug screens and onboarding processes
• Provide medical assistance to sick teammates
