I am one of the few servers that also serves the Sip with a Sommelier dinners. I am responsible for calling shuttles for guests to get back to their rooms at the end of their dinner service.

I helped open this restaurant and started the wedding program.

We ran off of a front food line and a back food line so it was crucial to be aware of timing.
