QUARTERLY

  • Distribute an account report that includes customer contact information and sales data.

SEASONALLY

  • Assist in creating the seasonal gift catalog.
  • Present seasonal updates to rep agencies.
  • Organize direct-to-account mailings:
  • The top 2,000 accounts should receive a copy of the gift catalog.
