Job Summary The Ambulatory Care Medical Office Assistant will support various aspects of clinical and operational processes and is typically the first point of contact for patients who are referred to the clinic. The Ambulatory Care Medical Office Assistant will perform a variety of office duties, including receptionist, telephone, message management, referral management, scheduling, registration, and other activities. In addition, the Ambulatory Care Medical Office Assistant will demonstrate knowledge and skill to provide appropriate care needed in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and protocols.
