Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure all center activities are in full compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and State Licensing requirements.

Immediately report and work to remediate any situation where any activity or condition does not meet standards.
Ensure the program curriculum is fully implemented, that lesson plans are followed each day by staff, and that the individualized needs of each child are met.
Supervise, support, role model for, and evaluate classroom staff at center. Provide staff development opportunities through center meetings and trainings, as well as identifying additional training needs.

  • I Developed and manage a chat system for our Clumbus Metro Mass Choir Family that builds collaborative team and membership with one anther. I work with our choir members and ensure that they receive choir updates and community events and messages as needed. I ensure that our choir members have access to services and resources within the community that we serve in the Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas.
  • Update emails and phone numbers as needed and ensure each choir member receives a copy of the updated directory.
  • Oversee process for identifying and announcing new choir members as they come onboard.
