Served as national presenter on related topics.
  • Increased contracts from one to four and increased annual revenue from $75,000 to $1.5 million within four (4) years.
  • For eleven (11) years all contracts were consecutively renewed based on performance.
  • Created, implemented, managed, and provided training for the Volunteer Alliance, Employers Solutions Network and Holistic Case Management projects, which are national models.
  • The city’s first HOPE VI projects’ performance goals were accomplished at 100%.
  • Navigated performances that merited the federal government's unprecedented $9,000,000 fund allocations to the Female Offender Re-Entry program for nine years; outcomes that merited the adoption of a customized HOPE VI case management model by Memphis Housing Authority; and performances that led to state government's utilization of the Welfare-to-Work program as a model for effective job development and placement for women in poverty.
