Accolades

I was a 4.0 in the honors program at Delaware County as well as on the deans list. I was given much praise and deans list at Collin County. I took and completed Anatomy and Physiology as well as Microbiology with A grade results. My goal at the time was to enter a nursing program. Since then those classes have expired and must be taken over which is what I am doing now. It was many years ago now but I did function as a call in customer service agent at Met Life when they had medical insurance. Everything was mostly manual in terms of Interpreting many policies and handling a myriad of situations. Payments and resolutions were largely at the discretion of the customer service agent. I was frequently monitored by management and often given awards. When it was time for me to leave I was pursued highly to stay.
