• While in this job position, I was responsible for checking individuals in and out of the building
• When doing so, I was sure to capture the needed information to ensure I was keeping track of those in and out of the building
• I was also very observant of the things happening around the building to ensure that those in and out of the building are safe at all times
• I was also expected and required to show up for work in full uniform, to provide outstanding customer service and abide by company policies and procedures

Carried out secure money drops for businesses and banks. Also worked on the software of ATMs and loaded ATMs

• During my time at this position I initially began as a team member
• After six months, I was promoted to the Assistant Manager of the store
• An overview of my responsibilities included ensuring that the employees abided by our rules and policies while on the clock, creating our weekly schedules, conducting interviews and the next point of contact in case our General Manager was not available
• From being in this position I de-escalated many frustrated customers with excellent customer service, understanding and communication skills
• I also assisted with stocking and unloading the truck during delivery
