Responsibilities:

• Appraised client briefs and led design development across all stages, concept, schematic, detailed design, tender documentation, and site follow-up for projects exceeding 100,000 m² BUA.
• Built and managed high-performing design teams of up to 10 architects and engineers; mentored junior staff and established best-practice documentation workflows.
• Coordinated proactively with structural engineers, MEP consultants, infrastructure specialists, and authorities to guarantee delivery of fully coordinated packages.
• Designed and produced fire and life safety drawings in full compliance with NFPA standards and QCDD local codes across all project typologies.
• Managed quality control processes to maintain design integrity, code adherence, and on-time delivery across concurrent multi-million QAR projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivered architectural design, site planning, and construction administration for the Sheraton 5-Star Hotel renovation project.
• Maintained project scope, and schedule in accordance with program requirements; reviewed progress sets and shop drawing submittals.
• Authored RFI responses and site observation reports; assessed and incorporated consultant design changes into live project documentation.
