• This internship consisted of being a listener at seven cups which is a service hotline for people worldwide facing daily adversities and in need of free support.

• Analyzed problems and worked with teams to develop solutions.

• Participated in workshops and presentations related to projects to gain knowledge.
• Interacted with participants by phone, email, and in-person.

• Held a position of hostesing, bussing tables, taking reservations, seat charting for patrons, organizing glass racks, plates, and silverware, cleaning and other duties as assigned.

• Used problem-solving skills to alleviate issues efficiently with minimal supervision.
