I have developed strong assessment skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, all of which have been instrumental in delivering high-quality care in diverse healthcare settings. My foundational beliefs fuels my commitment to treating each patient holistically, recognizing not just their physical needs but also their emotional and social challenges.

This includes becoming proficient with the facilities electronic medical records system, which will enhance my ability to diagnose and treat a variety of acute conditions and learning to navigate the challenges of delivering care with speed and precision while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach. I am committed to gaining essential urgent care skills, including incision and drainage (I&D) procedures, splinting, orthopedic reductions, suturing, and other core competencies. Collaboration will also be cornerstone, and I recognize the value of working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for my  patients. I will be dedicated to continuous learning, staying up to date with the latest medical advancements, and applying evidence-based practices in urgent care to deliver the highest standard of care.

Personal Long Term Goals

My long-term goals as a Nurse Practitioner are rooted in the continuous pursuit of professional growth and the enhancement of patient outcomes. Over time, I aim to deepen my expertise in urgent care, broadening my knowledge of advanced diagnostics (accurately reading xray's and EKG's), treatment protocols, minor surgical procedures, and preventive health strategies.
