● Project Management:
○ Set up and oversee focus group and In-Depth Interview (IDI) projects for a wide range of clients.
○ Gather information from clients and recruiters to successfully complete a project.
○ Provide clients with session exports (transcripts & video recordings, etc.) after each project.
○ Monitor and respond to client emails and messages in a timely manner.
○ Organize and keep track of all communication with clientele.
○ Collaborate with the Sales Team to successfully implement new clients and new projects.
○ Provide solutions or workarounds if any issues arise during sessions.
○ Assign projects and weekly sessions to concierges.
○ Assist concierges with running sessions.
● Internal Administration:
○ Train new team members on the ins and outs of the HARK Connect platform.
○ Set up demonstrations of the platform for new clients brought in by the sales team and the CEO.
○ Lead UI/UX testing for upcoming HARK upgrades.
○ Troubleshoot the platform and report any bugs to the developer team, CEO, Sales Development team, and concierge team.
○ Test and update the host computers to ensure they are stable for running sessions.
○ Keep track of all client information and keep files organized using Google Drive.
● Sales & Invoicing:
○ Create client invoices and pass them along to accounting after each project.
○ Keep track of all client payments and invoices.
○ Ensure clients do not have any outstanding or overdue payments.
○ Reach out to clients we had not worked with in a while to keep them informed on new HARK updates.
● Project Management:
○ Plan and oversee projects.
○ Collaborate with the Sales Team to successfully implement new clients and new projects.
