I've been dancing since the age of six and since then it has been an outlet for me to let out each emotion that I bury or hide allowing  me  to release that emotions and stress. Dance is a creative art form, and it allows me to explore my creative side, experimenting with new moves, styles, and choreography. Writing provides a space for self-reflection and introspection, using the written word to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences, gaining a deeper understanding of who I am. Therefore, like dancing, writing allows for the release of emotions. Whether joy, sadness, anger, or excitement, putting feelings into words can be cathartic and help process emotions in a healthy way.
