- Selected to be part of a small team that implemented and created Brown & Brown's CRM software, Dynamics Recruiter. Also chosen independently to collaborate directly with the IT implementation team on areas within the software program for process improvement for recruiters.
- Provide 1:1 and group coaching sessions on how to utilize, improve and simplify recruiters day-to-day within Microsoft Dynamics, WorkDay and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Primary recruiter for 13 profit centers as well as secondary backup to 8 additional profit centers located throughout the US.
- Evaluate resumes, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback to refine recruiting strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both candidates and hiring teams by providing guidance on role requirements, interviewing tips, and career development opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring leaders, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions with promoting a collaborative initiative.
- Create multiple Talent Insight reports for many profit centers creating awareness of high demand requisitions and creating conversations on different ways to incorporate talent where talent levels are low.
- "Power User" of all CRM/ATS platforms with the ability to create awareness of the importance of data within the same systems.
- Responsible for developing a Talent Coordinator with no recruiting experience background to shadow my recruiting efforts and approach on a daily basis for my first year on the job. This included but was not limited to; sourcing, cold calling, setting appointments, how to approach different leaders within the workplace and how to move the candidate through the process as well as nurture them until a requisition became available. She has since been promoted to "Recruiter".

- Visit Profit Centers to get a lay of the land where I can speak specifically to candidates about office dynamics.

- Provide LinkedIn Recruiter collaboration training to multiple Profit Center Leaders.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.
- Train hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection techniques, increasing effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Provided detailed documentation with process improvement ideas for WorkDay enhancements directly to my leader within the first three months on the job in addition to ATS suggestions and pricing.
- Partnered with WorkDay Analyst on uncovering reasoning behind incorrect data consistently creating problems for the recruiting team and how to correct it. Presented this data directly to my leader for approval to move forward in making changes that ultimately ended up correcting the issues.
