Curious, dedicated, and enthusiastic, rising second year graduate student with considerable chemistry and biology laboratory experience and a year of industry research experience in catalysis seeking to expand her knowledge of chemistry, biochemistry, and/or chemical biology techniques for medicinal and industrial applications. I derive my passion for the field, and research, from personal experience and am eager to learn and help discover new ways to treat and improve the quality of life for people who have been diagnosed with autoimmune disorders and/or cancer.

- Responsible for setting up, running, and analyzing experiments under the guidance of senior researchers for several different groups. Testing utilized x-ray diffraction and in-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The final research project conducted and presented for the company analyzed the differences between good and poor performing OleMax 207 catalysts via in-situ FTIR.
