I am Jade Harris, and I am seeking the Assistant Principal position at Harding High School. With a lifelong commitment to education, my roles as a Teacher, Mentor, Evaluator, Beginning Teacher Coach, and currently as Dean of Students have sharpened my professional abilities and strengths.

In my capacity as an educational leader, I emphasize high standards and actively support those I oversee in reaching their educational goals. I provide consistent guidance to teachers encountering difficulties, promoting open dialogue with colleagues, students, and parents. My adaptability to the needs of Title I and at-risk students ensures that my expectations for both teachers and students are clearly communicated. I recognize the diverse learning styles present in high school, and I plan thoroughly to address them. My approach combines fairness and firmness, establishing me as an exceptional educator who has motivated numerous students. My strong work ethic and positive relationships with colleagues reflect my dedication to educational leadership, fueled by a sincere passion for student achievement.
