
Since my current employment does not allow for any growth, I am currently seeking new career opportunities to further myself within property management. Over the past four years, I have worked as a Maintenance Coordinator, gaining hands-on experience in overseeing maintenance operations and tenant relations. This role has deepened my interest in the field and broadened my understanding of the various career paths available.
Having already obtained my real estate license, I’m excited about opportunities that will allow me to build on my existing skills while gaining new experience. I am flexible with my schedule, and I take pride in my reliability, including my ability to respond promptly to emergencies.
In my current position, I manage daily maintenance activities, prepare and monitor KPI reports, and analyze project data to improve efficiency and cost accuracy. I provide support to maintenance staff and supervisors, ensuring smooth operations. My strong communication skills have been recognized by management, and I regularly interact with residents to resolve issues and maintain a positive living environment.
