A few of the duties include:

• Keeping the lobby clean, sweeping, mopping, wiping down chairs and tables, and taking out the trash.
• Taking orders through the window, working the fryers, and knowing how to make all drinks.
• Watch the front counter for walk-ins.
• Make sure to ask customers if they would like to donate or add a cookie to their order.
• Be proactive about staying busy during breaks between rushes.

My duties on the job included:

• Completing opening and closing tasks, such as prepping, cleaning, making sure the lights are on/off, and restocking store supplies.
• Welcoming and thanking guests to demonstrate appreciation for their patronage and regulars.
• Informing customers about daily specials in an engaging manner.
• Bake cookies, and memorize the drink recipes.
• Answer phone calls promptly, and provide accurate information about menu items or prices.
• I also upheld high standards of productivity while working.
• Made doughnut boxes.
• Assisted management team with inventory counts of food products and beverage supplies.
• as well as counted the till.

• Organized and maintained the team's equipment, inventory, and travel arrangements.
• Help fundraise for events and keep track of money.
• File all paperwork on sponsors, and create rosters for all three teams.
• Provide water on the field, as well as assist the medical trainer.
• Attending all practices, game days, and team events.
• Create labels for organizing supplies, as well as organizing jerseys and practice equipment.
• I also had to maintain a specific grade point average; however, it wasn't too big of an issue for me. Luckily, I did well in my studies.
• I also had the privilege of hiring my own assistants during my time there. I hired my two friends after my first year as a football manager in training, and I worked there until I graduated high school.

Some of my duties included:

• Test pool chemicals, and keep the pool deck clean.
• Attend skills training every two weeks, and take hourly patron attendance.
• Enforce pool rules, file incident reports, and perform wellness and sudden illness tests.
• Perform well on swimming drills and frisbee tests.
• Get CPR and AED certified, and memorize acronyms for on-the-job medical training.
• Get Red Cross lifeguard certification and first aid certification.
• Come up with appropriate punishments for children patrons who have broken the rules too many times. For example, a patron won't stop running after being told three times. So, as punishment, they must walk and touch every "no running" sign before they can get back in the water, and I explain to them it's for their safety. (:

My duties included:

• Attend WSI swim instructor training.
• Taught pre-school to middle school age swimming lessons.
• Come up with age-appropriate games to help them learn.
• Memorize songs in the lesson plans to help engage the children.
• File grade reports
• teach the progressive Red Cross program for each level, report to parents on progress, class takeaways, as well as behavior.
• Teach six students per class while maintaining safe practices among non-swimmers.
• Typically, we would teach 4-5 classes a day, and each instructor gets to keep their kids for approximately three weeks! Then we receive new students and levels for the next month.
• I was also trained on and taught a mommy-and-me course a few times while working there.
• I was also responsible for my own time sheet because, working as a lifeguard and a swimming instructor, I was getting paid a higher wage to teach, so it was my job to make sure my clock-ins were correct.

Some of my duties included:

• Memorize smoothies, work the cash register, run the drive-through, make pretzels, and use the juicer.
• Learn how to clean the juicer, clean the lobby, work the mobile app, wash dishes, and use test strips to check the chemical balance in the dish soap and sanitizers.
• Check the temperature of all liquids, and keep a continuous log.
• Dress up for work, and look nice regularly.
