As a Training Coordinator I came up with plans,new training developments and making sure my new training developments were efficient. I would conduct all the interviews, onboarding paperwork, and orientation. When I wasn't doing training Coordinator task I would run shifts, I worked at every station in the restaurant . I mainly was on custard, that consist of making smoothie, milkshakes, concrete mixers and making new custard mix/shake mix. Being on custard you have to be fast and efficient at your job making sure you're getting orders out on time.
