• Handle all front desk related activities including:

• Answer phones in friendly manner and assist callers with variety of questions.

• Check members into the system.

• New member sign-up

• Take prospective members on tours. Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.

• Respond to member questions and concerns in timely and professional manner.

• Helped customers complete purchases, locate items and join reward programs to promote loyalty, satisfaction and sales numbers.
• Restocked, arranged and organized merchandise in front lanes to drive product sales.
• Reviewed and resolved differences between accounting information and cash drawer.
