- I take an active role in helping to "babysit" kids to keep them entertained and engaged in a learning environment in a educational way that benefits the specific age range of kids that i am with that day. I help with preschool and nursery age groups, which involves being able to multi-task different services one with kids that can walk, talk, and engage with their environment and with the other i have to be more comprehensive in their environment to make sure they don't trip or hurt themselves crawling from one part of the room to the other.
- With my position I have to use strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others to keep a engaged learning space to maintain a a safe environment for everybody in the room.
- I have strong active listening skills being able to watch the kids that i am responsible with and comprehensive situational engagement allowing me to communicate a room of kids to keep them happy and engaged in what may be going on with a lesson or watching TV in the toddler room waiting while their parents are in service.

- WIth this type of environments i work in an healthy active engagement to keep warehouses and preparation areas clean and orderly to limit workplace risk when loading and unloading distribution trucks at destination.
