  • I started off being a prep and line cook. Over a few months, I began moving up the ladder until one day the sous chef walked out, and many of his roles were put onto me. This was a lot at first, but I slowly adapted to this struggle and worked up to doing expo, flat top, and sauté. I absolutely loved walking into work, knowing that I was going to learn something new and put out wonders.
