As an Operations manager at Main Event, I direct and coordinate activities of multiple departments, such as operations, sales and outbound marketing. Perform weekly inventory counts. Conducting shift alley rallies and helping train/develop more than 120 current staff members. Major focus on guest satisfaction and providing an enhanced guest experience using the world class service model of “Every Guest Every Time”. Assist the Department Manager with the Hiring/interviews. In addition, help compose the weekly schedule for multiple departments. Traveled to multiple new center openings within the company as a trainer and FOH lead. Where I enhanced training effectiveness by implementing updated curriculum and instructional material.
