I do believe and not only free education, but I am extremely all in when it comes to having to pay for my continuing education. I believe that there are things there are not taught on YouTube and that’s where a lot of people don’t understand. I have struggled working at Salon being targeted because they all want me to do what YouTube does and doesn’t understand the technique that I use sometimes.. I realized those salons have never paid for their education I’m not willing to spend anything over $100 for their education. The secret to my skills and knowledge have always been because I paid so much money for my continuing education and I understand that The industry to a level that i do have to continue to learn and keep learning as much as I can So that I could provide the best service and the best satisfactory for my client that’s in my chair professionally and confidently. Every single client that sits in my chair I will always make sure that the client walks out feeling as if they had a whole hair transformational experience while still saving the integrity of their hair as well as feeling confident and beautiful!
