• Optimization of Emergency Department of UC Health, Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, Fall 2023 - Spring 2024, Collaborating with the UC Health Clinical Engineering Department for my senior design project to create a new layout for the Emergency Department while considering necessary equipment and areas of improvement.
• Knowledge and Ethics of Technology Program, University of Calabria, Italy, Summer 2022, Enhanced my programming skills in Answer Set Prolog and MATLAB and learned about Italian culture through coding-based projects.

• Introduction to FDA Regulations and Medical Device Laws - CPB 552, Spring 2023, Gained knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, history of medical device laws and current topics of debate within the FDA regulations.
• Tissue Engineering - CPB 426, Spring 2023, Investigated current and upcoming regenerative medicine applications using the scientific design process to integrate my knowledge of biology, physiology, medicine, and the engineering design process.
• Hospital Rotation - CPB 548, Winter 2023, Experienced clinical engineering departments in various Cincinnati area hospitals to gain exposure to and knowledge of existing medical devices, machinery, and clinical engineering procedures. Gathered data from hospitals and performed research on the relationship of clinical engineering departments and plant operations administration in a hospital.
