Helped to teach the associates safety in the aircraft and on the ramp. Kept the team spirit and energy up throughout the shift and flights by checking in with the associates, making sure they had the support and tools they needed, and making sure they were following AGOM and safety standards. Jumped in to move big equipment and help load airplanes with K-Loaders as needed to assist the team when there was no associates available. Ran strict time schedules and took detailed notes around the upload and download process, took inventory images of the aircraft and documentation of the GSE to ensure that equipment was in proper working order for the operation.
