When I was in Korea, I worked at a restaurant, so that I could learn my communication skills with the customers. Also, I worked as an interpreter for smooth communication with the factory manager at the Philip Morris International Inc. plant extension site, so I could use my english skills at work, and also could learn a lot of construction skills. After my military service, I worked at the internet shopping mall, and I could improve my marketing skills through the internet sales. I worked for the BNS joint for 1 year as an assistant manager in sales team. By operating to construction companies, they were able to learn various sales skills by explaining their products, maintaining relationships with customers, delivering products, and performing quality checks after sales. Driven by results, I leveraged team building and sales reporting skills at BNS Joint to enhance client relationships and drive business growth. Expert in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively, I increased referrals through strong performance tracking and customer satisfaction strategies.
