I've been working since the age of 15, I've worked many odd jobs in my life. I've worked in lawn care, I've painted houses, I've worked in many different conditions around many different people from all walks of life. I've learned to become resiliant and I've cultivated mental fortitude from these experiences. I know what's its like to work in freezing conditions and very humid dry conditions for long periods of time. I've worked 14-15 hour shifts for consecutive days. Working in construction allowed me the privilege of starting projects and finishing to completion. Sometimes these projects would take two weeks, sometimes they would take two months but finishing projects have now become apart of my mentality. I have managed to collect and cultivate these skills and experiences to become an
adaptable leader with experience in supervising diverse teams and optimizing workflow. I've become skilled in training new employees and implementing process improvements that drive productivity and enhance team performance. I'm committed to fostering a positive and efficient work environment. I'm detailed oriented with a intense focus on operational efficiency and team leadership. I haven proven ability to streamline processes and enhance productivity while mentoring team members in high paced environments.
