
I am an incoming Cybersecurity major at Chattahoochee Technical College, currently pursuing an Associates degree in Computer Information Systems Technology, with a concentration in Cybersecurity. I bring a strong blend of technical knowledge, customer service experience, and business skills that prepare me to succeed in fast-paced, people-focused environments.
In my role at General Motors' primary IT Innovation Center call center, I gained hands-on experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with billing, service, and technical issues, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. This role strengthened my active listening, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, as well as my ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver high-quality service consistently.
Additionally, my experience as a server at L Marines enhanced my customer-facing and operational skills. In this role, I provided attentive service in a fast-paced dining environment, handled transactions accurately, managed multiple tables efficiently, and ensured a positive guest experience. This position strengthened my time management, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail, all while maintaining professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
Beyond my professional experience, my active involvement in DECA has allowed me to build strong skills in data analysis, marketing, business presentations, and team collaboration. These experiences taught me how to interpret and present data clearly, adapt to different audiences, and work efficiently with others to achieve common goals.
