- Division Code 503, which consists of providing Contractor Purchase Card Procurement (GCPC)/Contract Procurement support for RMC repair processes.
- Provide technical and professional support services to facilitate the overall objectives to support all facets of Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center's (MARMC) acquisition lifecycle support activities such as manage inventories of repair parts and general supplies, procure, receive, store, issue material and repair components and utilize financial accounting and database systems to perform inventory and financial management functions.

- Have the required knowledge and experience with Material Requirement (MRQT) and Material Access Technology (MAT) data bases used to identify a project's material requirements, material status tracking, requisitioning National Stock Number (NSN) items and Government Purchase Card (GPC) items.
- Collaborates, plans, and organizes transfer of material with various shipyards and military components such as the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and Fleet Logistic Center (FLC) Norfolk.
- Utilize defense parts and logistics information systems such as WebVLips/WebFlis, One Touch Support, and DOD E-Mall for technical research, track requisitions, asset management and visibility, and price verification through the life cycle of logistics actions.
- Screen all purchase documentation for adequacy, determining the best method of procurement, providing for equitable distribution among qualified businesses.
- Ensures material is received at destination in order to meet production schedule requirement, e.g. Requisition, expedite, receive, inspect, and stowage.
- Ensured all monthly purchase card statements are reconciled within 5 days of each statement closing date.
- Evaluate and monitor overall statistics and effectiveness of work operations in relation to material support obligation.
- Assist in preparing technical supply/material reports.

- Formulating a variety of reports and projections based on monthly analysis. Developed segments of the automated system; Identified trends in financial data and providing recommendations to resolve problems.
