As an operations manager/front desk, I hold the important responsibility of making sure customers are greeted respectfully as well as assuring they're checked into the gym every time they come. In addition to welcoming members to the gym, I also have the responsibility of cleaning the gym, bathrooms, assuring I give customers a clean welcoming facility when they enter the gym.

My job is to officiate our adult runs we hold Saturday-Thursday, allowing members to have safe and fair open runs they would not find at a typical 24hour fitness.

As the role of a sales representative I help welcome our members into our facility, providing the great benefits as to why signing up with our gym is the best option. Once closing deals, it is also my job to maintain these members in our gym to help maximize profitability.
