Manage and operate all of the shipboard retail and service activities , including but not limited to ship's store , laundry , barbershop , laundry facilities , vending machines , and postal services. Overseeing the ship's store, stocking inventory, processing sales, managing cash transactions. Maintaining accurate records of the stock levels, ordering new supplies, and managing procurement processes. Acting as a cash collecting agent, operating vending machines, and maintaining financial records. Providing excellent customer services to the ships personnel, addressing concerns, and resolving issues at the lowest un-problematic level.
