Jaelyn Dew

As a paintball referee my job was to ensure my parties and customers had a fun and memorable experience while staying safe. It was my job to make sure every detail in my customers experience at my field went smoothly and ensured an enjoyable experience to insure they would love and want to come back. When I was a referee it was my job to make sure parties were informed on the rules, and to properly keep those rules in place. Some skills involved with the job are communication, problem solving, work ethic, approachability, and working well with others.
