Jaelynn Huynh

I work with student organizations, university faculty, and other outside businesses on event planning around the University of Cincinnati. I provide customer service by reaching out to clients about their events and help coordinate any additional needs.

During my time at Rally House, I was a team sales lead. I developed leadership skills by creating a plan for each day and delegating tasks to associates, making sure the daily goals were met. I assisted customers with their needs, ensuring great customer service. I also worked on shipment and made sure that the store was fully stocked and looked presentable for customers.

At TJMaxx, I worked in every section of the store. I developed communication skills with customers and other employees, learned how to work a register, and sold credit cards. I also made the store look presentable for customers and learned customer service skills.
