Jaewon was an excellent line cook who quickly picked everything we had to offer. He then moved up to a more challenging role which is the sushi counter. He has been one of the fastest to pick it up that I've witnessed. Jaewon was also my lead in receiving orders for the restaurant. He had to complete weekly product orders and ensure proper product amounts are maintained to limit waste/spoilage. He also had to inspect delivery of food to ensure the product is of the highest level of quality.
