Worked as an Assistant Manager who would open and close the building, oversee shift changes, count registers at end of employee shifts and deposit cash for pickup. Managed the concessions area to ensure customers orders were taken correctly and as quickly as possible as well as clean the equipment at the end of the night for the next day. Managed the Ushers who cleaned theatres, bathrooms, hallways, and lobbies for customers to enjoy the visit without issue. Has been trained and certified to become a Senior Assistant Manager including: employee scheduling, movie scheduling, budgeting analysis and reports, projector maintenance, fire and alarm safety, and the entire hiring process of new employees.
