VIRGINIA PAROLE BOARD ORDER OF RELEASE AND CONDITIONS OF POST RELEASE SUPERVISION

To: Outlaw, Jahkari T No: 1956605 In accordance with law(Code of Virginia Sections 53.1-159 & 19.2-295.2) your release from the Department of Corrections is directed on 2021-06-03. Your minimum date of release from supervision is 2026-08-28. Upon release you are placed under the custody and control of the Virginia Parole Board and you are subject to the supervision conditions established by the Board. You are also subject to any Special Conditions of supervision imposed by the Board. While you are under supervision, the Board may revoke your release based on violation of one or more of the conditions, or based on a finding by the Board that you are otherwise unfit or unsuitable to remain on supervision. You are subject to arrest by the Board or Parole Officer upon a charge of condition violation. CONDITIONS OF SUPERVISION: 01. I will obey all Federal, State and local laws and ordinances. 02. I will report any arrest, including traffic tickets, within 3 days to the Probation and Parole Officer. 03. I will maintain regular employment and I will notify the Probation and Parole Officer promptly of any changes in my employment. 04. I will report in person or by telephone to the Probation and Parole office listed below within three working days of my release from incarceration, and as otherwise instructed thereafter. 05. I will permit the Probation and Parole Officer to visit my home and place of employment. 06. I will follow the Probation and Parole Officer's instructions and will be truthful, cooperative, and report as instructed. 07. I will not use alcoholic beverages to the extent that it disrupts or interferes with my employment or orderly conduct. 08. I will not unlawfully use, possess or distribute controlled substances or related paraphernalia. 09. I will not use, own, possess, transport or carry a firearm. 10. I will not change my residence without the permission of the Probation and Parole Officer. I understand I will be considered an absconder when my whereabouts are no longer known to my supervising officer.
