As a Sales/ Retail Stock Associate, my duties are receiving and processing shipments of merchandise. This includes checking for accuracy and verifying quantities. I will unpack, sort, and organize products, ensuring that they are ready for display on the sales floor. I will also accurately label, price, and tag items before placing them on shelves or racks. In addition, I'm responsible for assisting in replenishing merchandise on the sales floor as needed to maintain an appealing appearance. I collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure that products are presented attractively. Working closely with customers to determine their needs, I answer their questions about our products and recommend solutions.

(Volunteer Job Community Hours) I was responsible for maintaining files, running errands, answering phones, sorting mail, and various other tasks as needed. This was a volunteering program where I worked with other youth teenagers in helping with tutoring and filling out placement applications.

(Volunteer Job Community Hours) I worked with the Dream to SOAR Volunteer Program at FedExField Stadium in helping patrons in the selection of food and beverages by presenting menus, Transmitting and delivering orders in accordance with the patrons' choices, and identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests. Keeping kitchen staff informed by noting the timing of meal progression. Responding to additional patron requirements by inquiring about needs and observing the dining process. Being alert to patron special needs. Obtaining revenue by totaling charges, issuing bills, accepting payment, and returning change or credit card and signature slips to patrons.
