Experienced in human resources, operations, and merchandising. Looking to find a position to allows me to play to my strengths, while also challenging me and broadening my skill sets and experiences.
· Assist district manager in managing 15 stores of varying volumes
· Serve as the subject matter expert for area stores in regards to all retail operations and front end/KPF tasks and provide feedback on programs, systems, and opportunities that arise.
· Partner with other district and divisional staff to achieve goals set forth by division and enterprise leadership.
· Work with store leadership to identify opportunities, understand reporting, and complete training and recommendations to improve store function and maximize profitability and efficiency.
· Ensure implementation and long term success of all new SOPs and rollouts to stores to improve customer experience.
· Partner with district manager and store leadership on ensuring stores operate within expense goals, utilizing operational reporting and scorecards to reaffirm or redirect behaviors where necessary.
