Jaiden Jones-Behea Shippy

Hello, My name is Jaiden Jones, I am currently a student at Suny Old Westbury for Management Information Systems (MIS) and while I'm focusing on getting my bachelor's degree I have worked at two jobs that taught me that hospitality is the most important thing to creating positive first impressions to other people and to create guest memories. Although my background is in retail, I gained strong hospitality-related experience through daily guest interactions in fast paced environments. I would usually assist guests with questions and concerns they might have, maintained a welcoming atmosphere, and worked closely with team members to provide excellent service. My retail experience helped me developed communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills that are essential in hospitality roles. I am comfortable with working under pressure, staying organized and efficient with my work, and ensuring guests have a positive experience in the environment.
