I plunged into the world of Real Estate right out of high school, within 30 days of graduating I passed my Real Estate class exam and the state exam to become a Florida Realtor. This job although new has taught me so many new skills such as communication skills and problem solving skills.

• Resolved client concerns related to home purchases to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
• Advised and informed prospective clients on current market activities and conditions.
• Liaised between buyers and sellers to establish favorable prices and negotiate contract terms.
• Handled day-to-day happenings of real estate office to consistently grow client base and increase revenue.
• Managed contracts, negotiations, and all aspects of sales to finalize purchases and exceed customer expectations.
• Wrote listings detailing and professionally highlighting property features to increase sales chances.

My job title was customer service representative, but I made it my goal to learn all jobs within the store. Throughout my year of working with Dominos I went above and beyond taking on manager duties, drivers responsibilities, as well as my own. With this job I learned how to work under extreme pressure, work well with a team, and work quickly/efficiently. Job Responsibilities

• Worked scheduled hours as required and took on available shifts during holidays and busy periods.
• Monitored and maintained clean working areas and cooking surfaces.
• Operated pizza oven and other kitchen equipment safely to protect team members from harm and equipment from damage.
• Cooked assembled pizzas in oven, removed when done, allowed to cool, cut and boxed completed orders, entering real-time preparation updates in electronic system from start to finish.
• Handled customer inquiries and suggestions courteously and professionally.

I started this job to work early mornings before school and some days after school too. This job helped me develop time management skills, leadership skills, and how to work quickly/effieciently
