  • Immigration Case Tracking System: Found a solution to tracking immigration cases in production. Improved SLA times by facilitating communications between 4 different teams and creating more accurate, real time reporting for over 8,000 cases. Reduced the number of cases that got lost or left behind during production to 0%.
  • Production Process Improvement: Found a method to shorten the time it takes to produce cases, resulting in an overall reduction of 27%, bringing us from approx. 32 cases per 6-hour work day up to approx. 45 cases per 6-hour work day.
  • I identified and developed a process and SOP for processing a backlog of over 1,500 checks amounting to over $2.5 million being returned to respective businesses. Trained team members on the check ordering process to reduce future backlogs.
