- While working as a contractor for CCAD I have gained a vast knowledge and various skills needed to diagnose the root cause of failure in any asset I am working with and determine the scope and depth of repairs required to do the job
- I perform all work in accordance with OSHA standards and regulations such as wearing all associated PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) listed in the JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) such as such as safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes for my assigned task
- I have a vast knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments, such as wrenches, sockets, drills, safety wire pliers, punches, files, air ratchets, impact wrenches, grinders, pneumatic drills, micrometers, feeler gauges, and calipers
- On a daily basis I read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and technical diagrams to perform any tasks I have been assigned
- I can disassemble, assemble, overhaul, perform examination/evaluation inspections, and troubleshoot major and minor assemblies and sub-assemblies for various internal combustion engines, carburetors, transmissions, fuel injection, ignition, and hydraulic systems, etc
