Loaded and unloaded trucks efficiently using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks when necessary.
Increased customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and precise order fulfillment, maintaining communication throughout the process.
Dcm- "Directed Loader" Loading Carts and Shuttles with costumer packages on time making it possible for the TDR to depart the trailers on time.
Water spider - Making sure closing out all blue lights once carts or shuttles get filled with costumer packages. Avoiding over fills and clearing out jams
TDR-"Trailer dock and release " In this role I make sure entering and exiting the trailer is safe for my fellow associates. Sending out CPT trailers on time and loading every package that needs to be loaded. Closing dock doors on time allowing for constant workflow for DCM.
Palletizer - Scanning costumer packages into the correct sorts and checking for any faults in the packaging
DEA - In DEA there many 3 positions COSAR, COSSI, VAST.
COSAR/COSSI - we are given a plan every 30 minutes with a list of chutes/carts with costumer packages we have to close out under the given time limit.
VAST - taking care of staged carts making sure they are staged in correct locations and creating new carts at different chutes for new sorts. Locating lost packages and returning them to their right locations. Locating missing containers closed out by our associates making sure no costumer packages is lost.
Problem Solve - fixing broken boxes and or lost costumer packages fixing any issues with the costumers packages and making sure correct labels are created and the correct item goes to the correct costumer.
GFM - This is a new role coming to SCK6. Working side by side with the new proteus drives trouble shooting them and resolving andons created by them.
Cardinal Safe Access- entering and exiting cardinals safely and trouble shooting the, when created andons uprear such as Amnesty, stuck protesus drives, carts misaligned, broken cardinal curtains. Collaborating with RME on cardinal functions and trouble shoots.
Learing Ambassdor- This is a newly assigned role to me but I have earned Trust by my peers to have the ability to provide guidance and support to associates, to create
an open and safe work environment.
Away team- I was sent to DEN4 is Colorado Springs to learn about our new roles coming to SCK6 such as GFM and Cardinal Safety Access. I was trusted by my peers to go and learing everything I could to help launch proteus. Coming back to SCK6 and teach my fellow associates GFM and to troubleshoot proteus drives.
