Additional Information

I have been a mentor at Thrift books for over a year, in that time span I have learned the ins and outs of not only the production side of the Dallas PC but as well as the fulfillment side of operations. As the longest standing mentor for 2nd shift I have become a role model and leader for not only new hires and sorters but also for other mentors and aspiring workers. Everyday I help set up production for success by making sure everyone has the tools to achieve and surpass their goals by providing important information, creating an environment where people can perform at their full capacity both physically and mentally as well as filling in where needed.
